Our Story

Rubik began in January 2015, with the underlying aim of providing our clients a personalised and unique consulting experience while staying connected to the Australian Community.

Rubik’s leadership team have combined experience of over 40 years in the delivery of professional services to a wide range of government and private sector clients. We have extensive domestic and international experience in business, leadership, change management and outcome focused delivery.

  • We currently assist Federal Government organisations and Private sector businesses beyond Canberra which includes Melbourne and Sydney based organisations.
  • Our consulting services cover the areas of Workforce planning, PMO delivery and ICT and Organisational Change Management.
  • Our commitment is ongoing with demonstrated experience of working with and supporting the Australian community in the areas of education, sport, domestic violence and employment.

Community Involvement

A major component of the vision for the company was to have strong linkages with the community, with a focus on education, employment and mentoring to Indigenous youth and young adults.

Tuggeranong Hawks

Rubik proudly sponsors the annual Indigenous Round and was the main sponsor of the club for 2018. The Tuggeranong Football Club is a semi-professional, community based Australian rules football club based in Tuggeranong, Australian Capital Territory. They competed in the North East Australian Football League from 2011–13 and as of 2014 are a member club of the AFL Canberra First Grade competition.

Indigenous Reading Project (IRP)

The Indigenous Reading Project is an independent organisation established in 2012 as a not-for-profit in the Australian Capital Territory. They get kids reading and have helped over 600 kids to improve their literacy.
